One Response to Ungagged Episode 14 – The Third Hole

    Hey Guys!
Boy did I get a surprise when I played this episode! I rarely read the show notes until after listening to the podcast as I find it much more fun to be surprised by the content when I can’t ferret out what the topic is. I couldn’t image what the third hole might be until the guys started talking. Sounding has always been something that scared the bejeesus out of me, and was certainly on my hard limit list of something I would never do. I listened anyway, because I’m always game to listen and learn and I had an hour to kill on the treadmill, lol. Wow, just wow. It never occurred to me (doh) that sounds could me made of silicone! It just makes perfect sense. This is just one little tidbit of information that I learned today that makes sounding much less frightening, and much more likely to be something I might try. I get that it would be better to start solo as I know my body better than anyone else, but I think I need a guided session from someone who knows what they are doing and can talk me into it and take joy in the facial expressions that I am sure to make! Keep up the good work, guys!
    Love ya!
